Am I breathing?

I have learned a lot over the last few years about FEAR and EXCITMENT. They basically are the same thing, at least when it comes to how your body reacts. The only difference - your mindset about it. Are you breathing? If the answer is NO - then you are feeling Fear. If the answer is yes - then it's excitement.
I have been dancing between the two this week. I'm super excited about the podcast being aired on Friday and I'm truly looking forward to hearing/watching it. However, it is a HUGE step and today I find that I am holding my breath! So I am remembering all that I have learned and I'm applying it to my life. Breathe Steph Breathe!!!
Speaking about breathing - one of my favorites is the box breath. (At least, what I learned as the box breath). Take four counts to breath in. Hold for four counts. Exhale for four counts and hold for four counts. Repeat (at least 3 - 4 times). It helps center and calm my nerves! So off to breathe I go!!
